What is your Lead time?

Lead time is usually 2-3 weeks, but could be longer due to product in stock or shipping

Do you charge a set up Fee?

No, we do not, except for Embroidery. There is a $45 one-time fee to have your logo converted to stitches for sewing.

How is the women’s apparel sized?

Women’s Blank apparel runs small. Always go up one size, if you like your shirts a little loose, then go up two sizes.

What is Heat Pressed/Heat Transfer?

Heat transfer printing is a newer decoration method, but it's come a long way from the iron-on decals of old. With heat transfer, also known as digital transfer, your custom logo or design is printed onto transfer paper and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your fabric using heat and pressure.

How should I care for my Heat Pressed Apparel?

Wash in cold water, inside out
Tumble dry
Do not use fabric softener

How is Heat Pressed different from Silk Screening?

Heat Press allows for smaller order sizes and is more cost effective. Where silk screening lasts longer, it requires large order minimums.
